Energy Education for Educators – June 2018

E-3 2018 LIVE!  (Registration begins March 1, 2018)

Registration will open March 1 for Minnesota high school science, agriculture, mathematics and technology education teachers to register for one or more of the four workshops scheduled around the state in June.  At no cost to participants, each workshop attendee will receive the following:

  • Curriculum and lab kits
  • Lunch and snacks both days
  • Hotel accommodations for 1 night (you will need to reserve your room – see below)
  • Continuing education units: 16 hours

Topics include, but will vary from sit to site:  Energy and Engineering/Manufacturing, Industry Overviews, Drone Technology, Renewable Energy, Biomass Energy, Micro-Grid Technology, Power Line Work, Transmission Systems, Research Projects, Ethanol, Solar Energy and Wind Energy.  Click on the links below to find out more about each workshop and then click on the date link in “Registration” for the location(s) you are interested in attending.  (Registration closes May 11.)

After you complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventzilla.  Please read the email carefully.  Near the end of the email, there will be specific instructions for making your own hotel reservation. If you require a hotel room, you should make the reservation as soon as possible.  The room block will expire in early May.
